My Most Favorite Beauty Products of 2017

Wish you all a very happy new year. 2017 was a great year for me. I became stronger, more passionate, and got the opportunity to work with IMBB. I did a lot of tutorials and learned a lot new things. It was definitely a great year for me. Now, being a makeupholic, I purchased a lot of products and few became my favorite as well. In today’s article, I’ve shared a list of beauty products that I loved in 2017. Read on and find out more.

Skin Care:

The Face Shop White Seed Brightening Lotion: This lotion has actually brightened up my skin. My skin tends to become dull during winters but this time my skin is looking bright, smooth and healthy. This is one of the best face lotions I have ever used.

The Face Shop Chia Seed Moisture Recharge Serum: I love this serum a lot. I will definitely continue using this serum. I love lightweight, non-oily products and this is the perfect one for me as it keeps my skin hydrated for long. I also used Aviance Hydra Balance Moisture Infused Advanced Serum, which also worked pretty well.

Lakme Absolute Argan Oil Radiance Overnight Oil in Serum: I have oily skin and I picked up this ‘oil’. Shocking? Well, I had no other choice because this is an amazing facial oil that makes my skin super healthy and keeps it deeply moisturized. Also, I love to use it with my foundations and lipsticks, and it is actually a multi-purpose oil for me.

The Face Shop Fresh Lotus Soothing Gel: I have extremely sensitive skin that gets rashes even because of threading or waxing. So, I always keep calming products handy. This soothing gel actually works like magic on my skin and acts as an overnight treatment for those rashes. It reduces redness and provides deep nourishment to the skin. It is, again, a multi-purpose product for skin, body and hair.

Vaseline Intensive Care Spray Moisturiser Deep Restore: This concept of spray moisturizer is very unique and it is super easy to use as well. I use this product throughout the year and it keeps my skin super soft for long.

Eos Visibly Soft Lip Balm Vanilla Mint: My friend, Ahana, brought this one from the USA and I love this cute lip balm. And, this balm has actually improved the health of my super dry lips. My lips now look healthy and smooth. I am obsessed with this balm. Wish this was available in India too.

The Face Shop Sheet Mask: I think these sheet masks will be my lifetime favorite products. These are actually skin saviors for me. I’ve used sheet masks from other brands as well but The Face Shop ones have remained my favorites.

L’Oreal Paris Pure Clay Purify and Mattify Mask: This clay mask is one of the favorites, just because it clarifies my skin deeply and acts as a weekend treatment during summers. This is one of the best masks for oily skin.

The Face Shop Dr. Belmeur Spot Patch Kit: I forgot to click the picture but this is one of the best skin care products I got this year. It works wonders on pimples and helps to reduce them quickly.

Garnier Micellar Oil-Infused Cleansing Water : I am super happy that Garnier finally launched this product in India. This is my favorite cleanser after Bioderma Sensibio H2O.

Colorbar Ultimate Nail Enamel Remover Orange Chocolate: This product makes my job easy and also makes me lazy too.  It is such a great remover to clean nails within a few second. I think everyone should have this product.

Lipsticks:

MAC Matte Lipstick Mehr: I finally purchased this shade and it is one the best MAC shades I’ve ever tried. I love it a lot.

MAC Retro Matte Liquid Lipstick Carnivorous: One of the best dark red shades I own. It is actually a gorgeous shade from MAC.

Sugar Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipstick 12 Don Fawn: I am a true brown lipstick lover and this is the brown I use the most these days. It looks so nice on my tanned skin tone. The formula is a bit drying but I use it over agran oil.

Sugar Cosmetics It’s A-Pout Time! Vivid Lipstick 09 Better Call Salmon: When I am not in a mood for makeup but still want to look pretty, then this is the beautiful salmon pink shade I use. It totally perks up my mood.

Maybelline New York Color Sensational The Loaded Bolds Lipstick Fearless Purple: I’d never tried any purple shade earlier and this is such a beautiful one that I tried in 2017.

L’Oreal Paris Rouge Magique Intense Matte Lipstick Divine Mocha: This is another favorite mocha brown, which I have used throughout the year.

Eye Makeup:

NYX Perfect Filter Shadow Palette Rustic Antique : We all know that rustic shades are so much in trend right now. So, when NYX launched a palette with trendy rustic maroon shades, I picked it up. And, it’s my biggest crush in 2017.

L’Oreal Paris 36H Super Liner Profound Black Gel Intenza Eyeliner: This is not a new product but I purchased it last year. I must say it is a beautiful gel liner.

Innisfree Auto Eyebrow Pencil Espresso Brown : I’ve not used any other eyebrow pencil ever since I got this one. It gives me the perfect strokes every single time.

Maybelline Eyestudio Lasting Drama Waterproof Gel Pencil – Glazed Toffee: It is one the best launches from Maybelline India. This pencil works so smoothly and gives long-lasting, beautiful finish on the eyes. I personally love this shade a lot.

Face Makeup:

Sugar Cosmetics Goddess of Flawless SPF 30 + BB Cream: It’s really hard to find a matte BB cream and Sugar Cosmetics came up with this beautiful BB cream. It actually has a flawless velvety-matte finish and I love this one a lot.

Maybelline Dream Velvet Soft-Matte Hydrating Foundation: I am not sure when I purchased it, but I have used this product throughout the year. It feels so good on my oily skin and has a beautiful, smooth and flawless finish.

Maybelline Facestudio Master Chrome Metallic Highlighter Molten Gold: I think it was my best buy of the year 2017. I am so obsessed with this highlighter; I can use it regularly on my bare face. The formula, finish, staying power – everything is perfect.

Milani Secret Cover Concealer Cream: This concealer is not that popular but is a great pick for me. Actually, the shade is perfect for me and it covers everything so well. I love this product!

Nail Paint:

Colorbar Wonder Gel Nail Lacquer Eternal Blush: I picked up a lot of nude and natural pinks shades and this is one of them. I love the beautiful finish of this product.

Body Mists:

Victoria’s Secret Captivated Fragrance Mist: I love this super fresh fragrance. It is citrus based and from Victoria’s Secret.

Nivea Body Deodorizer Fresh Citrus and Care: This is another citrus fragrance that I have used every day. It actually an energizing fragrance.
